1. Due to sanitary purposes we will not be accepting returns.
Exchange Policy
1. Mistakes happen, if for some reason we sent you the wrong item please contact us via email and we will gladly proceed to help you.
2. If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us via email or direct message as soon as possible, along with proof of damage. We will consider replacing your lashes.
Shipping Policy
1. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
2. Allow 3-5 business days after the day of shipment for your order to arrive. (Currently due to COVID-19, all packages are subject to be delayed for delivery, we kindly ask that you remain patient during this time).
3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before placing order!

It has taken lots of courage to be able to open this website for you all and it has been nothing short of a learning experience. I'm sure many of you can understand how easy it is to listen to that little voice in your head telling you "you can't do it". Besties, i finally told that voice to simmer down. Now, i'm not perfect and am ready for the ups and downs this journey may bring. I promise to be here if you guys seem to run into a problem with the website or product(s) you have ordered.
